I called it Sunset Villa and
for sale it is not a
property, but a place
called Home. The
spectacular sunsets, the
smell of roses and mint in
the garden, the way you
can see the sunrise from
the bed, the song of the
birds and that endless

The terrace is my favorite
place to eat, to write, to

raised with water, sun and
love.

The house has a special
tranquility, that
atmosphere of home that
we are all looking for. The
bedrooms face east and
west, and in the attic you
can see the sky through
the windows on the roof.
Also, on the ground floor
there are the bedrooms
with 2 bathrooms. The
attic It is pink, an open
space perfect for a
playground for children /
office / meditation and
reading space.
At any time the house is
invaded by Light, without
overheating it during the
summer. The house is
fully furnished
Mobexpert, Chocolate
range, including Light
bodies (silk and crystals).
It is perfectly thermally
and soundproof.

The generous garden of
nearly 700 square meters
allows the placement of a
swimming pool or the
setting of a vegetable
garden. It is already built
a small annex in the yard,
which can be storage
space for fruits,
preserves, utensils,
terrace table etc.
There is also a barbeque
area (of brick), the
respective annex can be
used in this sense as a
summer kitchen.
Neighbors (only left and
right) quiet, discreet and
helpful when needed. The
forest can be seen
nearby, with fields and
skylights in front and
behind the house.

net). A perfect place for a
family with children, who

who appreciate the quiet,
